Avianco's system handles the complete service process. It is optimally designed for non-traditional service organizations where personnel resources may or may not be directly employed by the service provider and a large contingency of freelance workers may be used. We currently offer two solutions on the same platform: Community Based Scheduling and Shift/Virtual Based Scheduling.

 

Avianco's Community Based Scheduling Solution

Avianco's Personnel Resource Scheduling solution handles the complete service order management process. Our solution helps non-traditional, service-based organizations orchestrate many resources across diverse areas, customer requirements, and consumer needs

The Avianco solution is divided into three key process areas:

  1. Service Order Creation and Collaboration: At the heart of the Avianco system is its scheduling and collaboration module. All of the capabilities of the system are fully integrated with scheduling, allowing the organization to build a solution that fully aligns to its business and service processes.
  2. Service Order Fulfillment: Avianco's system allows you to assign resources to service orders, notify your resources and customers, and receive claims and expenses related to the orders, including timesheets. The system’s flexibility allows you to perform these activities across multiple organizations or sub-organization units.
  3. Service Settlement and Payment: Avianco uses the information it collects to simplify the process of Invoicing, as well as settlement and payment to multiple parties or resources.

Our solution also provides two administrative and reporting areas:

  1. Service Personnel Setup and Maintenance:Avianco’s easy-to-use interface simplifies the setup and maintenance of services, resources, accounts, consumers, pay rates, terms and conditions, and other information.
  2. Reporting and Analysis: Avianco’s integrated reporting and analytic capabilities make it easy for organizations to identify business drivers and performance indicators that most impact your organization’s operational efficiency. You can use these to establish best practices for improved productivity and service levels. Avianco’s system leverages the standardized method for time and attendance, demand forecasting, advanced scheduling and employee self-service across a multi-organizational system to support strategic planning at corporate headquarters and the individual needs of each location. Coordinating virtual workforce management for services such as video relay interpreting, which administrators need to plan, forecast, allocate, schedule and fulfill needs for many work centers,vendors and organizations.
