  • Communicate with resources through the process to verify identification, assignment and fulfillment, with email or message exchange, tracking all information along the way

Resource Confirmation & Assignment

Resource Confirmation and Assignment Schedulers work with resource to find a good fit, they then make the assignment as needed to the resource. Once identified, the assignment is made and the order filled.

  • Track confirmations with individual resources
  • Adjust assignment times (starting and ending) to allocate assignments across multiple resources
  • Mass assign resources at once

Resource Notifications & Customer Confirmations

Once a resource has been assigned, both the customer and resource as alerted of the assignment, special instructions and notes.

  • Notify resource about assignment directly from the system, or check off if you have notified resource and method of contact
  • Confirm with customer about assignment, with all assignment details, or check off if you have confirmed with customer as well as method of contact
